Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
- Hands-on expertise with LC-MS/MS instrumentation for quantitative protein/peptide bioanalysis.
- Understanding of PK assay development and regulatory bioanalytical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and qualify LC-MS/MS methods for protein/peptide biomarkers and PK analytes in biological matrices.
- Lead strategy for IA-LC-MS/MS or hybrid LBA-LC-MS approaches for large-molecule biomarker analyses.
- Oversee sample analysis campaigns and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Author/review method validation protocols and reports; liaise with CROs for method transfer.
