Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Senior Scientist specialized in bioanalytical mass spectrometry to support oncology drug discovery, focusing on small molecule therapeutics and radioligand therapeutics.

You will develop LC-MS/MS methods, perform quantitative bioanalysis, and collaborate with ADME leaders while mentoring junior staff and troubleshooting instrumentation as part of a dynamic discovery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or master’s with 5+ years in chemistry, bioengineering, or related field.
• Experience with high-resolution and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers, sample prep, and bioanalysis for small and large molecules.
• Strong understanding of ADME principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods and perform quantitative bioanalysis from in vitro and in vivo samples.
• Collaborate closely with ADME project leaders.
• Mentor junior staff and troubleshoot instrumentation.
