Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 3+ years industry experience.
• Hands-on expertise with LC-MS/MS for protein/peptide bioanalysis.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA bioanalytical guidance and PK assay development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and qualify LC-MS/MS assays for biomarkers and PK analytes in biological matrices.
• Lead immunoaffinity-LC-MS/MS or hybrid LBA-LC-MS approaches for large molecules.
• Oversee sample analysis campaigns, data quality, and CRO collaborations.
• Write and review validation protocols, reports, and SOPs with regulatory alignment.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to training and process improvements.
