Qualifications

• Ph.D. in PK/ADME, analytical chemistry, or related field with 7+ years of industry experience.
• Proven record of developing/optimizing quantitative BA methods for small molecules, biologics, and conjugates.
• Strong LC-MS/MS expertise including triple quadrupole and HRMS.
• Experience with ADC bioanalysis and DAR characterization.
• Regulatory guidance familiarity (FDA/ICH) and LIMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA strategy across discovery to early clinical programs.
• Develop stage-appropriate LC-MS/MS methods for antibodies, ADCs, and small molecules in various matrices.
• Transfer bioanalytical methods to CROs and oversee external studies.
• Manage CRO relationships to ensure high-quality data and timelines.
• Assess DAR stability using high-resolution MS.
• Interpret and communicate DMPK/BA data to internal teams and leadership.
• Author technical reports for regulatory filings and publications.
• Mentor junior bioanalytical scientists and support cross-functional teams.
