Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or biochemistry with 5+ years in industry for Senior Scientist level, or 8+ for Principal Scientist.
• 3+ years hands-on ADC analytical experience in biopharma.
• Deep LC-MS characterization of antibodies and bioconjugates, including intact mass and DAR determination.
• Strong knowledge of SEC, HIC, RP-HPLC for ADCs.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting LC-MS/HPLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical characterization of ADCs and related components using LC-MS/HPLC.
• Develop and run bioanalytical assays in plasma, serum, and tissue.
• Identify ADC catabolites and metabolites using MS techniques.
• Define and optimize analytical methods and transfer to CROs/CDMOs.
• Serve as analytical representative on cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee CRO/CDMO selection and data review.
• Lead buildout of internal analytical capabilities and instruments.
• Document work in ELNs and prepare technical reports and presentations.
