Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating bindery equipment.
• Knowledge of paper weights, sizes and colors for proper machine adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders and specs.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools used for machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate bindery lines (perfect binders) with multiple stations.
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on a single machine.
• Direct crew through production processes.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.
