JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist in Houston to provide routine BIM administration and coordination for assigned projects. You will deliver models and documents, offer BIM technical support, and assemble 3D content created by others to support project teams and internal clients.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in BIM, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and related Autodesk tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• 2+ years construction or related experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience.

Mansioni

• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope determined with VDC leadership and project teams.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and models content not provided.
• Learns and maintains a productive BIM process.
• Creates and maintains project documentation such as meeting agendas and minutes.
• Supports RFI process for BIM related items.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
