JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and project coordination. The role supports VDC/BIM leadership with 3D modeling, document creation, and coordination across project teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in construction or BIM, strong knowledge of BIM tools, and the ability to communicate effectively and drive VDC processes on complex projects. Travel and office/site work are possible.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of construction or related experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM technologies and VDC processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide BIM administration and coordination for assigned projects.
• Assemble 3D content and ensure models meet project requirements.
• Maintain productive BIM processes and project documentation.
• Support RFI processes for BIM items and coordinate with teams.
• Learn and apply JE Dunn VDC/BIM standards and processes.
• Train project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
