Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a VDC Manager to lead BIM coordination across assigned projects, manage VDC processes and develop models for project teams. You will provide BIM technical support, drive 3D coordination, and ensure implementation of BIM standards on large-scale projects.

The role requires strong experience with Autodesk tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or related field.
• 5+ years construction or related experience.
• 5+ years BIM-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages VDC processes and activities to support assigned projects.
• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Creates and maintains clear and effective project documentation; meeting agendas, minutes, and constraint logs.
• Reads and interprets shop drawings, submittals, product data and incorporates items into BIM process.
• Supports operations with the RFI process for BIM related items.
