Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior VDC Specialist to lead BIM administration and coordination across projects. You will assemble and maintain 3D content, support BIM-related RFIs, and produce clear project documentation in alignment with VDC leadership.

The role requires 2+ years in BIM and construction, a degree in a related field, and strong collaboration with project teams. Periodic travel and onsite work may be involved as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent construction BIM experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience in construction or VDC.
• 2+ years construction or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM administration and coordination for assigned projects.
• Assemble 3D content and maintain project BIM models.
• Support RFI processes for BIM-related items and document control.
• Maintain project documentation such as agendas, minutes, and logs.
• Train project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with VDC leadership and project teams to meet requirements.
