Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, BIM/VDC to set and advance company modeling standards across data center development. You will lead multi-discipline coordination, ensure constructible models, and drive model-based workflows from design through turnover.

The role collaborates with architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, construction management, and general contractors to improve cost and schedule certainty through BIM across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BIM/VDC experience and leadership in large projects.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC coordination across hyperscale/data center developments.
• Technical ownership of BIM/VDC standards and documentation.
• Mentoring BIM staff and coordinating with external teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own BIM standards, BEP templates, and LOD matrices.
• Enforce model authoring standards across all disciplines.
• Lead clash detection and coordination workflows for multiple projects.
• Drive 4D scheduling, quantity takeoff, and estimating using model data.
• Oversee federated models, coordination logs, and RFP support.
