Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Manager to lead BIM/VDC and digital delivery across major infrastructure projects. You will guide design technology platforms, model-based workflows, and project execution strategies while supporting engineering, construction, and design-build teams.

You will mentor BIM professionals, develop enterprise BIM standards, and push innovation through automation and new technologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, architecture, construction management, drafting technology, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery programs on large-scale transportation, rail, transit, aviation, water, or infrastructure projects.
• Support Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and alternative delivery projects.
• Lead projects exceeding $100M in construction value, including mega-project environments.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit and Bentley OpenRoads.
• Develop and implement enterprise BIM standards, content libraries, governance frameworks, and digital delivery roadmaps.
• Drive organizational change, digital transformation, and adoption of model-based workflows.
• Lead, develop, and mentor BIM/VDC professionals and technical specialists.
• Support Reality Capture (LiDAR, Laser Scanning, Drone Capture), Digital Twins, and emerging design technology solutions.
