Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Practice Specialist – BIM/VDC to provide leadership, technical expertise, and coordination for digital delivery, BIM, model-based design, and information management across transportation and infrastructure projects.

The role supports project teams in implementing modern digital delivery practices, improving collaboration, and enabling successful delivery through Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE designation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Bentley and Autodesk digital delivery platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams on large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery workflows on major transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Support development and maintenance of DPxP, BIM execution strategies, and project digital delivery requirements.
• Establish governance, standards, naming conventions, model management processes, and information workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination across internal and external project teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.
