Job summary

Stantec in the United States seeks a Digital Practice Specialist – BIM/VDC to lead and coordinate digital delivery, BIM, and model-based design on transportation and infrastructure projects.

You will work across disciplines to promote ISO-aligned information management and support adoption of Bentley and Autodesk platforms, helping teams deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/digital delivery workflows on major transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Support DPxP, BIM execution strategies, and project delivery requirements.
• Establish governance, standards, and model management processes.
• Coordinate BIM activities across internal and external project teams.
• Provide guidance on Bentley and Autodesk Open applications and workflows.
• Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and implementation guidance.
• Troubleshoot BIM/CAD interoperability and data exchange issues.
• Lead technical workshops and project-specific training sessions.
• Mentor teams on digital delivery best practices and emerging technologies.
• Represent Infrastructure Digital Practice capabilities in proposals and client discussions.
