Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to lead BIM/VDC initiatives, oversee model-based workflows, and coordinate across design, engineering and construction teams on major infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM, VDC, Digital Delivery or Design Technology leadership for large infrastructure projects.
• Success leading digital delivery strategies and BIM/VDC programs across multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and collaborative model delivery workflows.
• Hands-on Bentley tech including OpenRoads Designer and ProjectWise.
• Experience creating BEPs, digital delivery standards and model management across projects.
• Lead and mentor BIM/VDC teams and drive best practices with engineering and construction partners.
• Deep understanding of civil infrastructure, transportation design, and delivery means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery programs on large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Support Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC and alternative delivery methods.
• Lead projects exceeding $100M in construction value; manage mega-project environments.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit and Bentley OpenRoads technologies.
• Develop and implement enterprise BIM standards, content libraries and governance.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of model-based workflows.
• Mentor BIM/VDC professionals and technical specialists.
• Support Reality Capture and Digital Twins and emerging design tech solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and construction leadership to improve delivery.
