Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Manager in the Infrastructure practice to lead digital delivery across projects and programs. You will drive adoption of BIM, VDC, CDE governance, and model-based workflows to improve coordination and outcomes for clients and teams.

You will collaborate with project managers, disciplines, and IDP teams to implement standards and governance, monitor delivery health, and advance automation and AI-enabled practices in practical, measurable ways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital delivery, BIM, VDC, or project delivery leadership in infrastructure.
• Certifications related to BIM, project management, or information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery strategies to improve coordination and delivery consistency across Infrastructure projects.
• Promote adoption of BIM, VDC, and model-based workflows and governance.
• Partner with Autodesk & Bentley Systems to optimize vendor solutions.
• Translate priorities into repeatable processes and delivery standards across regions.
