Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a senior Digital Delivery Manager to lead BIM/VDC initiatives, drive model-based design, and coordinate across engineering, construction, and design‑build teams on major infrastructure projects.

You will mentor BIM pros, advance enterprise standards, and push innovation through automation and digital workflows. Based in CA, with multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Active CA Professional Engineer license is required.
• 7+ years in BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery leadership on major infra projects.
• Experience with Bentley/OpenRoads and Autodesk Revit/Navisworks.
• Ability to lead cross‑disciplinary digital delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery programs on large-scale projects.
• Develop enterprise BIM standards, content libraries, and digital delivery roadmaps.
• Mentor BIM/VDC professionals and drive process improvements.
