Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active California Professional Engineer License.
• 7+ years leading BIM/VDC or design technology on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven BEP and digital delivery standards experience.
• Hands-on with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and ProjectWise.
• Expert Revit and Navisworks proficiency.
• Model governance and data compliance knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with coordinating design and construction teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC or Digital Delivery programs on transportation, rail, transit, or infrastructure projects.
• Support Design-Build and CM/GC delivery methods.
• Oversee projects exceeding $100M in construction value.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit and Bentley OpenRoads for model delivery.
• Develop enterprise BIM standards, content libraries, and governance.
• Drive digital transformation and model-based workflows.
• Mentor BIM/VDC professionals and technical specialists.
• Support Reality Capture and Digital Twins initiatives.
• Serve as a technical resource to engineers, designers and construction teams.
• Continuously identify process improvements for customers.
