Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks a Senior VDC Engineer to advance digital delivery across office and field teams. You will drive model-based project management, develop 3D models, and coordinate BIM content for process piping and civil works.

You will lead BIM coordination, oversee submittals, and educate project teams on BIM workflows. The role combines design support with on-site digital delivery to improve constructability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Engineering/Construction Management with related experience; MS preferred.
• 10+ years using BIM tools (Revit, Plant3D, Navisworks) on complex projects.
• Experience with scheduling, reality capture, and BIM coordination on heavy civil work.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-based coordination with project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain 3D models, Iso/Ortho drawings, and fabrication content.
• Support on-site teams with VDC/Digital Delivery applications and AR/VR.
