Job summary

Faith Group, LLC is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to drive BIM strategy, establish standards, and provide expert support across multi-discipline projects. You will lead a technical team, guide design staff, and optimize workflows with IT, AV, and facilities teams to advance BIM capabilities.

This role requires strong leadership, independent work, and a track record of managing large-scale BIM coordination efforts. On-site work with diverse projects ranges from single-site to campus renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of progressive BIM experience with complex projects.
• Proven production/management of construction documents across site plans, floor plans, and schedules.
• Extensive coordination across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and management of Revit and AutoCAD projects using client standards.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with external consultants and contractors.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, LOD requirements, and drafting guidelines.
• Provide advanced support for Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Evaluate and integrate new BIM technologies as needed.
• Maintain BIM content libraries in line with client and strategic goals.
• Manage multiple complex projects across markets and disciplines.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and promote knowledge transfer.
• Lead integration of AI tools and automation to boost productivity.
• Contribute to strategic planning for BIM operations and technology adoption.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Drive R&D on emerging BIM tech and workflows.
• Participate in QA and process improvement initiatives.
