Job summary

Faith Group, LLC is seeking a qualified BIM Specialist to support project teams in maintaining BIM quality and optimizing workflows. This position is remote and offers a salary range of $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and education.

You will set up and maintain Revit and AutoCAD projects, lead coordination meetings, and provide technical support. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in BIM software, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' recent experience in BIM.
• Experience in the production of construction documents.
• Working experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Products.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in systems like Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Revit and AutoCAD projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with external consultants.
• Provide general technical support for Revit & AutoCAD.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified BIMSpecialistto join our thriving engineering and design practice.As aBIMSpecialistyou’llbe the front-line support for project teams, ensuring models are built to standard and workflows areoptimizedfor efficiency.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingBIM quality and empowering teams to deliver high-performance digital designs.You’llalsowork closely withIT, Communications, Security, Audio-Visual, Mechanical, Plumbing & Electricaldisciplinesandexternal BIM leaders. This candidate must be able to work independently as well as with a technical design team of engineers and designers. Projects range from single site buildings to multi-building full campus renovations, and green field construction.

Responsibilities:

• Set upandmaintainRevit and AutoCAD projects using client providedstandardsandmaintainownershipthrough the project lifecycle.
• Participateand lead BIM coordination meetings withexternal consultants,contractors,and subs
• Enforcecompany and discipline standards, LOD requirements,general drafting standards,and best practices for constructiondocumentsand BIM
• Providegeneraltechnical & troubleshooting support for Revit & AutoCADetc.
• Utilize Navisworks,Revizto,Blue Beam, Outlook, Word, Excel, and learn other programs asrequiredper project.
• Develop,modify, andmaintainhigh-qualityBIMassetsusing Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring alignment withclientstandards andobjectives.Coordinateand self-manage deadlines and deliverablesforBIM projectsacross multiple markets, disciplines, and project managers.
• Showinitiativeto advance skills inAIsupporttoolsand propose automation solutions.
• Employ effectivecommunication skills, organization skills, ability to effectively multi-task, and displayacuteattention to detail while working in a team environment.
• Contribute to internal traininginitiativesand documentationdevelopment.
• Support research and development efforts related to emerging hardware, software, and production workflows.

Requirements:

• Associates in Applied Sciencein Engineering Technology, Drafting, or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of3years' recent experience.
• SuccessfulCandidatesshoulddemonstrate, through resume and/or portfolio, experience in the production of construction documents, such as site plans, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and equipment schedules.
• Experience withmultiple disciplines, includingLow Voltage, Electrical, Mechanical, and similar systems.
• Working experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Products.
• Ideal candidates will have intermediate to advanced skills inthecurrentsystems:Revit,AutoCAD,BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud,andNavisworks, Dynamo, Python orGrasshopper, and an understanding of the Revit API
• $70,000-$90,000 depending on education, skill, experience and geographical location considerations.
