W3Global seeks a BIM Leader to steer the development and implementation of a multi-office BIM strategy using Revit and related tools. The role guides Project BIM Managers across offices, researches new technologies, and drives firm-wide BIM practices.

You will support project teams in modeling exchanges with consultants and contractors. Lead cross-disciplinary coordination, mentor staff, and align BIM efforts with IT for optimal hardware and software standards, while expanding capabilities

Qualifications

• Architectural degree and BIM leadership experience.
• Approximately 10 years leading project teams using Revit.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary coordination and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Revit, E-Spec, SketchUp, Navisworks and Newforma.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple offices and diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of a multi-office BIM strategy and its implementation using Revit and other BIM components.
• Provide leadership to Project BIM Managers across offices.
• Research emerging technologies, design software, and BIM best practices.
• Assist project teams to ensure seamless BIM integration with design partners and contractors.
• Lead cross-discipline project teams in coordination and systems integration.
• Act as an ambassador for company values and ethical standards.
• Support teams with BIM issues, file troubleshooting, clash detection, and model exchanges with consultants.
• Integrate project data from Newforma into Office 365/SharePoint environment.
• Collaborate with IT to define hardware and software requirements for high-quality work.
• Monitor BIM software utilization and guide licensing across offices.
• Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM templates and procedures.
• Roll out program updates and troubleshoot BIM components.
• Expand BIM capabilities beyond Revit (e.g., Navisworks, energy modelling).
