Job summary

Walbridge is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead firm-wide BIM standards, workflows, and technology. You will connect design intent with digital execution for an organization of 50–100 staff, coordinating with design teams and IT to support multi-sector projects.

You will develop BEPs, manage libraries and templates, govern naming conventions, and lead coordination meetings using Forma and Autodesk tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an AEC environment with BIM leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Expert Revit proficiency (architectural, MEP, or structural).
• Hands-on project administrator experience with Forma, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360.
• Experience with BIM Execution Plans, clash setup, and management.
• Familiar with IFC/ COBie and open BIM standards.
• Knowledge of project delivery phases from SD through CA.
• Ability to create and deliver BIM training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards and BEPs.
• Manage content libraries and templates.
• Govern model file naming, folder structures, and data handover.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and clash management.
• Set up Revit worksharing, cloud collaboration, and linked models.
• Provide BIM consulting on active projects.
• Admin Forma project setup and roles.
• Ensure compliance with Walbridge security protocols.
• Support IT with licensing and deployments.
