Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior BIM Consultant to lead BIM strategy and deliverables for global clients. You will capture client requirements, author BIM workflows, and oversee the rollout from strategy to project delivery.

Expect to lead a team, liaise with stakeholders, manage risks, and perform model reviews and clash detection, ensuring quality across projects while advancing digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience capturing client requirements and developing BIM strategies that meet those requirements.
• Strong understanding of Civil/Architecture/Mechanical design and construction.
• Ability to author key BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
• Proven ability to lead and manage BIM rollout within client organizations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Capture client requirements and develop a BIM strategy to meet them.
• Lead rollout and implementation of BIM within a client organization across programs.
• Interface with clients, design teams and contractors implementing BIM methodologies.
• Lead and manage a team and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Carry out clash detection and structured reviews of project models.
