HDR’s Building Engineering Services group in Denver seeks a BIM/Revit Model Specialist to lead BIM execution and model development for MEP disciplines. You will create and manage BEP, set up Revit models, and maintain discipline models including coordinates, scales, and views.

Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3D design software and document management experience is expected.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organization are essential.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Set up MEP Revit models at project initiation.
- Maintain MEP discipline models, coordinates, scales, and sheets.
- Develop BIM models and digital delivery outputs for MEP disciplines.
- Model BIM elements accurately with correct constraints in Revit.
- Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams within project scope and budget.
- Coordinate designs with other discipline models and design reviews.
- Deliver BIM presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
