Job summary

Responsibilities include leading Revit model creation from schematic through construction documents, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and integrating computational design and automation into workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field with professional practice.
• Proven ability to drive BIM strategy and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced hands-on Revit expertise and model health management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented mindset for quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy, modeling standards, and digital delivery workflows.
• Oversee and develop Revit models from schematic design through construction docs.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clashes across disciplines.
• Drive integration of computational design, automation scripts, and AI tools.
