You will oversee high-quality Revit models from schematic design through construction documentation, lead multi-trade coordination, and mentor technical staff while advancing AI-assisted workflows and QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive BIM coordination experience.
• Ability to drive BIM strategy and modeling guidelines.
• Advanced Revit skills with shared parameters and worksharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and digital delivery workflows.
• Develop high-quality Revit models from schematic to construction docs.
• Produce drawing packages, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate across architectural, MEP, structural, and civil models.
• Integrate computational design and AI tools into production.
• Mentor technical staff and promote QA excellence.
