Clark Construction in the DMV area is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator - MEP to lead project-level BIM coordination, including clash detection, BIM meetings, and follow-ups, spanning preconstruction through turnover.

You will develop project-specific BIM workflows, set up BIM Execution Plans, coordinate with internal and external teams, and travel to job sites as needed to ensure seamless BIM implementation and high-quality deliverables.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience overseeing BIM implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering/mechanical engineering
• Broad knowledge of municipal engineering, hydraulics, and process mechanical systems design
• In-depth knowledge of BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Synchro, SketchUp, BIM Track, Bluebeam, 3DS Max, Tekla, Fusor)
• In-depth knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Manage project level BIM coordination including clash detection and meetings
• Represent Clark in BIM presentations to clients and industry groups
• Establish BIM goals and project-specific workflows
• Set up BIM project processes (BIM Execution Plan, nomenclature, data sharing)
• Facilitate initial BIM meetings and MEP coordination
• Coordinate with stakeholders for BIM implementation
• Daily coordination with global/offsite team members
• General administration (proposals, presentations, billings)
• QA/QC of drawings/models (scan to BIM)
• Modify/rectify models
• Travel to DMV area job sites
