Job summary
Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator focused on project-level BIM coordination, clash detection, and coordinated development of BIM workflows. You will lead BIM sessions with design and MEP teams, ensure data exchange and model integrity, and collaborate with on-site and off-site teams to maintain progress.
Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in BIM, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil/mechanical engineering; master’s preferred.
- 1–2 years of related BIM experience and strong BIM process knowledge.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; team player.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination at project level, including clash detection and meetings.
- Set up BIM project workflows: Execution Plan, file formats, nomenclature, data sharing.
- Facilitate initial BIM and MEP coordination sessions with stakeholders.
- QA/QC of models and drawings; modify models created by others; travel to DMV jobsites.
