Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator - MEP to lead BIM adoption across the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience overseeing BIM implementation with emphasis on MEP.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil/mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and industry standards.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience with Scan (point cloud) to BIM workflows.
• Ability to work with cross‑cultural/global teams.
• Knowledge of COBie and BIM‑FM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project level BIM coordination including clash detection and meetings.
• Represent Clark in BIM presentations to clients and industry groups.
• Establish BIM goals and project workflows; oversee BIM Execution Plan.
• Set up BIM project environment: file formats, nomenclature, data sharing.
• Lead initial BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth BIM implementation.
• Daily coordination with global/offsite teams to ensure continuity.
• Perform QA/QC on drawings and models; rectify issues.
• Travel to jobsites in the DMV area as required.
