Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a BIM Project Manager with electrical systems expertise to drive BIM strategy across design to turnover. You will lead BIM implementation, coordinate with clients and partners, and guide teams in BIM workflows.

Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success on busy, high‑stakes projects. The role emphasizes hands‑on BIM usage (Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, etc.) and ongoing training to ensure accurate data throughout the lifecycle, with on‑site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in architecture, civil, or electrical engineering.
• 3+ years in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with BIM/VDC focus.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform lighting calculations and interpret power distribution diagrams.
• Proven leadership in project teams; on-site experience preferred.
• Proficient with BIM software: Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BIM strategy across design through turnover.
• Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to adopt BIM processes.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
