Job summary

IES in Cincinnati, OH seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM workflows across design, construction, and project delivery, ensuring model accuracy, integration, and quality control.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, perform clash detection with Revit and Navisworks, generate drawings and reports, and support BIM standards and data exchange across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BIM coordination or related experience in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for construction and design projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve conflicts and clashes.
• Conduct model reviews and perform clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely model development and updates.
• Support BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, reports, quantities from BIM models.
• Provide BIM-related technical support and training to project team members.
