Job summary

Hansen Consulting Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support BIM workflows across complex projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, perform clash detections, and help maintain BEPs and CDEs.

The role bridges digital design and field execution with prefabrication and sequencing considerations. Experience in coordinating architectural, structural, MEP models and familiarity with ISO 19650 and modern digital workflows are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM coordination or related field experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and ACC.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and performing clash detection.
• Familiarity with BEP development, standards, and CDEs.
• Knowledge of prefabrication workflows and installation sequencing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with design and construction teams.
• Support BEP development, modeling standards, and coordination workflows.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and track action items to resolution.
• Review models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure models support fabrication, sequencing, and field execution.
• Maintain model organization, version control, and CDE document management.
• Support quantity takeoffs and Advanced Work Packaging activities.
• Incorporate reality capture and as-built information into BIM models.
• Monitor deliverables and progress throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication and reduce rework.
