Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Grid & Power Quality Solutions team. You\'ll coordinate digital project information from design through construction, transforming ideas into intelligent BIM models that improve collaboration and project delivery.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 to manage models, clash detection, and project standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Drafting, CAD, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience in digital design environments.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows and digital project information from design through construction.
• Support engineering teams with digitalization initiatives, processes, and tools.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Facilitate BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Configure, manage, and maintain project models, datasets, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM authoring tools and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and process enhancements.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of engineering technologies.
