Job summary

BE&K Building Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a VDC Manager to coordinate BIM/VDC processes across all project phases. You will build and refine models, support project schedules, and collaborate with design partners, trade contractors, and the project team to ensure accurate data and efficient workflows.

You will lead BIM-related meetings, evaluate new software, train staff on tools, and contribute to case studies after project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong presentation and written/spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency with BE&K VDC software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM/VDC processes across all project phases.
• Assist BIM execution plans and project scheduling.
• Lead BIM-related meetings and coordinate with design teams and subcontractors.
• Develop 3D models and related visualizations for project needs.
• Provide training on BIM/VDC tools to staff.
• Evaluate new software and technology for project optimization.
• Maintain BE&K content libraries and project templates.
• Assist development of project documentation and reviews.
