Grant Thornton in Downers Grove, IL seeks a detail-oriented Billing Senior Associate to manage client invoices and billing transactions. You will process invoices, review billable data, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal controls.

Work with project teams, Finance, Collections, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, generate invoices in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and support month-end activities while maintaining accuracy and timely distribution.

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial transaction processing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or SAP ERP billing processes.
• Strong understanding of billing controls, invoice generation, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process and distribute customer invoices in accordance with billing schedules, contractual requirements, and company policies.
• Review billable activities, expenses, adjustments, and supporting data for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate and monitor invoices using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, processing errors, customer inquiries, and invoicing exceptions.
