DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to oversee end-to-end billing processes, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance. You will lead billing operations, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in billing/AR, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. This position is on-site in Seattle, offering comprehensive benefits and a clear path for leadership within the billing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3–5 years in billing or accounts receivable required.
Experience in logistics billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end billing, including invoicing and adjustments.
Ensure accuracy of billing data, rates, and contracts.
Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct audits to validate billing accuracy and compliance.
Oversee billing systems and data integrity.
Serve as main contact for billing inquiries and escalations.
Communicate policies and requirements to customers and internal teams.
Investigate and resolve complex billing issues and disputes.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer service.
