Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients based on contract terms, work orders, and project progress. \\* Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues with clients and internal departments. \\* Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and accounting personnel to gather necessary billing documentation and information. \\* Maintain organized and comprehensive billing records, including backup documentation and communication logs. \\* Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing and accounts receivable. \\* Process change orders and adjustments to existing invoices as required. \\* Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collections efforts when necessary. \\* Generate various billing reports for management analysis. \\* Ensure adherence to company billing policies, procedures, and internal controls. \\* Stay informed of client-specific billing requirements and industry best practices. \\* Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.
