Job summary

Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas is seeking a Billing Coordinator I to accurately process invoices, review billing data, and support monthly closing.

You will handle inquiries, resolve discrepancies, generate reports, maintain records, and coordinate with project management and operations to ensure timely, accurate billing in accordance with contracts.

This role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of billing or administrative experience, preferably in energy or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Review and verify billing data (work orders, service tickets, materials) for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation; assist with month-end close.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing statements and payment information.
• Generate billing reports as required; perform data entry and other admin tasks.
