Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with established billing procedures and engagement terms.
• Generate and revise pre-bills, finalize invoices, and coordinate timely distribution to clients.
• Monitor billing activity, adjustments, write-offs, and documentation related to account inquiries.
• Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Track reimbursable expenses, costs, and other billable charges for accurate invoicing.
• Prepare reports related to billing activity, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances.
• Address billing questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate billing records, client information, and matter-related data.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure billing accuracy and timely completion of billing cycles.
• Support month-end billing processes and assist with financial reporting as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with electronic invoicing and billing platforms.

Anticipated Salary Range: $60K to $70K
