CV Resources is partnering with ahighly reputable and well-established construction firm seeking a Senior Billing Specialist on a direct hire basis. This is a key position focused almost exclusively on project billings and cost management strategies for multi-million dollar construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for large-scale construction projects

• Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and contract-compliant billing

• Interpret and apply contract terms and conditions to billing schedules and supporting documentation

• Reconcile project costs, budgets, and billing milestones to ensure financial alignment across all stages

• Identify and implement cost management strategies to optimize billing efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain detailed and organized records of billing activities, change orders, and project-related financial data

• Analyze large and complex datasets to support reporting, forecasting, and audit requirements

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing issues, variances, and resolutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of billing experience in the construction industry, ideally with large-scale, multi-million dollar projects

• Strong understanding of construction contractsand cost control principles

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets

• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
