Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients and train users on the system. You will gather documentation and ensure a smooth implementation while coordinating with internal teams.

Post go-live, provide support for billing questions, denials, and workflow clarifications, and guide clients through EHR billing configurations to optimize the Billing Software integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses.
• Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clients on the Practice Fusion Billing Software.
• Gather required documentation for successful implementation.
• Respond promptly to client calls and emails; follow up on requests.
• Support clients post go-live with questions on claims, denials, and settlements.
• Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR for proper billing settings and workflows.
