Job summary

Veradigm in the United States is seeking an Expert Implementation Consultant who leads complex, cross-functional software implementations across front-office, clinical, coding, and billing workstreams to drive financial performance.

You will plan and execute multi-site onboarding for enterprise clients, mentor other consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership while coordinating cross-workstream delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• 7+ years relevant work experience; 2–3 years at senior level.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise or multi-site clients.
• Assess client maturity to identify upstream gaps causing revenue risk.
• Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans.
• Facilitate client leadership meetings and explain complex concepts.
• Mentor and train other consultants on delivery patterns.
• Own client training strategy and onboarding materials.
• Manage cross-workstream readiness and post-go-live transition.
• Support pre-sales scoping input on complex opportunities.
