Veradigm is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients, train users, and gather required documentation for a successful setup. You will support the Services Team with ongoing billing workflow education and post go-live support on claims and denials.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth integration with Practice Fusion EHR and billing software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience with EHR systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clients on the Billing Software system.
• Gather required documentation for implementation.
• Provide education on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR.
• Support clients post go-live with claims questions, denials, and related scenarios.
• Explain integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software.
