Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients and support the Services Team. You will gather documentation, train clients on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR, and help with post-go-live questions on claims, denials, and enrollment.

In this role, you will guide customers through billing setup in the EHR, ensure accurate data flow between EHR and Billing Software, and uphold company policies while striving to exceed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience with EHR systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses.
• Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and timely follow-up to client inquiries.
• Gather required documentation for payer enrollment and onboarding.
• Train clients on billing software and workflows within Practice Fusion EHR.
• Support clients post go-live with billing questions, denials, and scenarios needing clarification.
• Guide clients in entering billing details in the Practice Fusion EHR.
• Educate on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR and data exchange with Billing Software.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and meet supervisor goals.
