Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the billing infrastructure across the Avigilon Alta platform, delivering licensing, subscription management, and ERP integrations. You will drive the roadmap with engineering, finance, and operations and operate with a startup mindset inside a large enterprise.

The role requires hands-on discovery, outcome definition, shipping products, and measuring results to demonstrate business impact across Alta products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with billing systems, subscription management, or ERP integrations (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce CPQ).
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own Alta's billing platform roadmap and outcomes; define licensing, subscription, and ERP integration initiatives.
• Run continuous discovery with customers, finance, and operations to uncover pain points.
• Ship product by writing clear specs, managing scope, and delivering solutions.
• Measure impact by defining success metrics and using data to inform decisions.
• Unify the billing experience across Alta Access and Alta Video for multi-product subscriptions.
