Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own Product Management across the Hindsight recording platform. You will manage licensing, subscription, system integrations, and the roadmap for a unified emergency communications recording experience across the Hindsight suite.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Product Management and collaborates with engineering, finance, and operations. This position requires running discovery, defining outcomes, shipping features, and measuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-tech environment with 3+ years in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software product management.
• Experience with emergency communications systems, radio systems, call handling systems, or cloud-hosted platforms.
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action and learning, with a track record of shipping products iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Run Continuous Discovery by talking to customers, finance teams, and operations stakeholders.
• Ship product solutions with engineering and design, writing clear specs and making scope trade-offs.
• Measure impact by defining success metrics and using data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Operations, ERP teams, and other product groups.
• Stay informed about emergency communications trends to inform features, pricing, packaging, and subscription management.
• Develop competitive analysis and situational market positioning.
• Support sales/marketing with catalogs and materials for go-to-market.
