Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Product Manager to own the Hindsight recording platform, overseeing licensing, subscriptions, integrations, and the product roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable monetization systems and a unified experience across the Hindsight suite.

The role is hands-on, requires discovery, defining outcomes, shipping features, and measuring impact in a startup-minded team within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in a high tech environment with 3+ years in product management for SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with emergency communications systems, radio systems, call handling systems or cloud hosted platforms is preferred.
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous discovery with customers, finance, and operations to identify problems and opportunities.
• Write clear product specs and manage scope trade-offs with engineering and design.
• Define success metrics and instrument products to track them; use data to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, ERP teams, and other product teams to ensure coordinated launches.
• Stay informed about emergency communication trends to guide feature design, pricing, and packaging.
