Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the Hindsight recording platform, including licensing, integrations, and a unified monetization strategy across the suite. You will work with engineering, finance, and operations in a hands-on, startup-minded team within a large enterprise.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Hindsight, you’ll define outcomes, ship products, and measure results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years in a high-tech environment with 3+ years in product management; SaaS or cloud platforms experience preferred.
Experience with emergency communications or cloud-hosted platforms is a plus.
Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with customers, finance, and operations to define problems and opportunities.
Write clear product specs, prioritize scope, and ensure shipped features meet problems set.
Define success metrics and instrument products to track them with data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, ERP teams, and other product groups to coordinate releases.
Stay informed on emergency communications trends to shape pricing, packaging, and subscriptions.
