Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own PM for the Hindsight recording platform. You will manage licensing, subscriptions, integrations, and the product roadmap, driving monetization across the unified platform with a startup mindset inside a large enterprise.

You’ll work with engineering, finance, and operations; run discovery, define outcomes, ship features, and measure results to deliver value across public safety and critical infrastructure customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a high-tech environment; 3+ years PM in SaaS/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience with emergency communications, radio, call handling or cloud-hosted platforms.
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable with engineering teams and architecture discussions.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics; using data to drive prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action and iterative shipping of product.

Responsibilities

• Run Continuous Discovery: talk to customers, finance, and operations stakeholders; analyze data and synthesize statements.
• Ship Product That Matters: write specs, manage scope trade-offs, ensure solutions solve problems.
• Measure Impact: define success metrics and use data to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: align with Finance, Sales Ops, ERP teams and other product groups.
• Understand the Landscape: monitor emergency comms trends and inform pricing, packaging, and subscriptions.
• Competitive Product: perform competitive analysis and position in the market.
• Sales/Marketing Enablement: align catalogs and sales materials for go-to-market.
